ATTENTION BARTON ELEMENTARY AND HIGH SCHOOL FAMILIES AND FRIENDS

We started a fundraiser on September 20, 2018 and we need your help!

We are taking orders for delicious items from the Cookie Dough brochure.  Please support our fundraising effort by purchasing these wonderful items.  

ALL PROCEEDS FROM THIS SALE WILL GO FOR ALL ATHLETICS
(Football, Softball, Volleyball, Baseball, Track, and Cheerleaders).

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • All sales are payable in advance and are CASH ONLY.  (no checks)
  • Total all order forms when your sales are complete.
  • DOUBLE CHECK ALL INFORMATION and make sure the money you collect matches the total due.
  • Write your name on all order forms and your money envelope.
  • Turn the entire order form and payments into the school on October 5th .

Your original order form will be returned with the products when they are delivered.  Products will be delivered in approximately 2 weeks from October 5th , 2018. 

CHILDREN DO NOT SELL DOOR-TO-DOOR UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT!

Fall Festival is scheduled for October 29th, 2018

  • The fall festival court will be a male and female from each grade with the highest cookie dough sales.
  • The King and Queen will be the male and female with the highest cookie dough sales.
  • Students selling $1000.00 or more will receive a football autographed by the Barton Bear football team.
  • Gift cards will be given to the homeroom teacher with the highest cookie dough sales (top 3).
  • Pizza parties will be awarded to the homeroom with the highest cookie dough sales (top 3).

 

Sales are all cash, no checks.

All order forms and cash need to be turned in by October 5th, 2018.
