Don’t forget to bring:
- Birth certificate
- Social security card
- Shot record
- Physical (within last 2 years)
- Completed enrollment form
- Completed nurse's packet
- Copy of TWO utility bills reflecting a parent's service address within the Barton School District (Ex: water bill, electric bill, gas bill)
***Your child must be 5 years old on or before August 1st in order to register for Kindergarten.
