Award winners will be announced at an event at the Arkansas State Capitol Rotunda on September 23. The essay winner will be announced at 1pm. Our Art Contest finalist’s work will be displayed at the Arkansas State Capitol Rotunda, September 17 -24, 2023. These events are free and open to the public.
