College and Concurrent Credit Students 🎓❄️
The information below outlines the plan for concurrent credit students in the event of inclement weather. This guidance is provided in advance to help families and students know what to expect. Any weather related closures or updates will be communicated in future messages.
Please review the guidance below based on Barton School District and PCCUA Helena Campus closures:
• If PCCUA Helena Campus is closed and Barton School District is open, concurrent credit students should report to the Barton campus and follow their Friday schedule.
• If Barton School District is closed and PCCUA Helena Campus is open, on campus concurrent credit students do not have to attend. Students should communicate with their professors to let them know Barton is closed and may complete their coursework online as directed.
• Online concurrent credit students will continue classes online as scheduled.
• If you do not have electricity or internet access, please communicate with your professors as soon as possible.
• If PCCUA Helena Campus is closed for an extended period of time, on campus classes may utilize Blackboard to continue instruction.
Students should be sure to check all communication methods used by their professors for updates.
