Instructional option changes for 2nd semester is now open until Friday, November 20th .

Please only fill out the form if you are changing your current status.

\r\n

This is for the 2nd semester of the 2020-2021 school year. The change will take effect on January 5th, 2021.

\r\n

Any student who wants to play athletics, may select virtual instruction provided that:
1. Student has transportation to and from practice and games
2. Student is only allowed to enter the practice/game area
3. Student must be screened by coach upon entry
4. Student must be picked up immediately after practice

\r\n

Please submit a form for each student in the household that would like to change from the option they are currently on.
