Tomorrow night, Thursday, 9/17/26, we’ll gather for more than football as we honor the memory and legacy of Mr. Joe Tom Cunningham with the dedication of the Joe Tom Cunningham Press Box.
For many years, Mr. Joe Tom announced Barton Bear football games from the press box and became known to generations of Bears as the “Voice of the Bears.” A local business owner and longtime supporter of Barton Bear Football, his impact on our school and community reached far beyond the press box.
We are proud to dedicate the press box that now bears his name, overlooking the field he spent so many years helping bring to life. 🎙️🐻
