The Phillips Co. Health Unit will host an Immunization Clinic on campus for students who are behind on their regular vaccines.
This is NOT the COVID-19 vaccine.
📄 Forms: Available in each building office.
✍️ Must be filled out & signed before a student can receive any vaccine. If the form isn’t complete, the student will not get their shots.

To put our theme into action, our homerooms are competing in a Kindness Challenge! 🍕✨
The homeroom that collects the most toiletry donations will win a Pizza Party! 🎉

Toothbrushes & toothpaste
Deodorant
Hair brushes
Body powder
Q-tips
