📦 All donations will be given to local shelters and missions to support those in need.

💉 Immunization Clinic at School – Sept. 25
The Phillips Co. Health Unit will host an Immunization Clinic on campus for students who are behind on their regular vaccines.
This is NOT the COVID-19 vaccine.
📄 Forms: Available in each building office.
✍️ Must be filled out & signed before a student can receive any vaccine. If the form isn’t complete, the student will not get their shots.
